SMDCC would like to encourage all patients and relatives to receive the Covid Vaccine.

Due to the current NSW Health Guidelines, please do not bring extra people into the facility.

Please speak to our Nursing Staff on 42286200 if you need to a family member attend with you during your treatment.

 

Don't forget to sign in using the QR Code, wear a mask at all times and use the hand hygiene in place.

 

Please try and stay isolated to help protect yourself from contact with this virus.

If possible please consider having your groceries delivered and limit your exposure to other people.
